General Rules and Regulations: 1. The session must be prepaid to be confirmed. 2. Management has the right to change or cancel the session. 3. Non-refundable. In any given circumstances, where a guest refuses or fails to participate during the session regardless of the reason. he/she will not be subjected for a refund. 4. Strictly two (2) observers are allowed in the pool area per booking. 5. The guest must be in good health condition & not in a menstrual cycle. 6. The trainer reserves the right to cancel the session with no refund if a guest fails to follow safety and conduct instructions given during the session. 7. Guest must arrive 30 minutes prior to the session. 8. The amount of time in the water is approximately 20 minutes. 9. Children must be 5 years old and above; and must be accompanied by a paying adult. 10. Any alteration is not valid without an authorized signature.
