How to Avail:
- Click on the BUY YOUR TICKETS button.
- Choose a date from August 2nd to 14th 2023. No Shows on Tuesdays.
- Choose 11am or 2pm show.
- Click on the Regular section on the seat plan. Green sections are available and Red sections are booked.
- Select ticket category with Emirates ID label if you have valid UAE Emirates ID (open to any nationality). Your ID must be valid on the date and time of selected show time.
- Exactly 2 years old up to 11 years old needs CHILD Ticket. **Please note that all children must be accompanied by a paying adult.
- Confirm how many adults and child and click on the BUY TICKETS button.
- Click the PROCEED button.
- Enter your email address and click the CONTINUE button.
- Click the NGENIUS PATHWAY button to proceed with booking via our third-party payment gateway (NGenius).
- Check the box that you agree on Dubai Dolphinarium terms and conditions.
- Click the PAY button.
- You will be redirected to a portal, kindly enter your payment details & click on the Pay (amount mentioned) to proceed with the payment.
- Additional Information will be required, fill in the box with your First Name and Last Name and click SUBMIT
- Click the DOWNLOAD button to save your tickets to your desktop or mobile. You will also receive your tickets to the registered Email ID. If you did not receive the tickets, please contact +971 4 3369773 for assistance.
Terms & Conditions:
- This offer can be availed only via online booking made through our website www.dubaidolphinarium.ae,
- Offer is valid on Regular Tickets on Dolphin & Seal shows scheduled on 11am and 2pm from August 14th to 27th, 2023 only, except Tuesdays.
- Residents Offer is strictly for UAE Residents (any nationality) with a valid Emirates ID.
- All guests with Emirates ID offer ticket must present their ticket at the reception along with a valid UAE EMIRATES ID before entering the show arena to watch the show. Original Emirates ID or Digital copy (via the UAE Pass app) can be presented.
- Guests will be charged with ticket counter rate if he/she fails to present UAE EMIRATES ID on the date and time of booked show. Differential amounts must be paid at the counter for guests to watch the show.
- PLEASE NOTE: Children aged 2 years old up to 11 years old needs a CHILD TICKET. All Children (from 2 to 11 years old) MUST be accompanied by a paying adult, to watch the show. Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
- This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions or discount codes.
- Any bookings purchased before this offer was announced is not be eligible for this promotion and will not be subjected to a refund.
- Dubai Dolphinarium is inside Creek Park. All visitors need a NOL card with a credit of at least AED5 (entry fee for each guest) to enter the park. This charge is by Dubai Municipality and is non-negotiable. Show tickets do NOT include entry fee to the park. Guests can purchase a NOL card or top up credit at the gate.
- REGULAR SEATS ARE ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS. DUBAI DOLPHINARIUM MANAGEMENT HAS FULL DISCRETION ON ALL SEAT ALLOCATION.
- Dubai Dolphinarium reserves the right to refuse entry and to eject individuals for reason of inappropriate behaviour without refund or explanation.
- Ticket purchase is valid only for show issued & NO REFUND / NO TRANSFER TICKET REFUND.
