Digital Marketing Executive

We are looking for a creative, strategic, and results-driven Digital Marketing Executive to manage and grow our online presence across all digital platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for content creation, social media management, paid advertising, SEO/SEM initiatives, and influencer collaborations while working closely with the Sales & Marketing team to drive brand awareness and lead generation. 

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain all online platforms, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google My Business, and the company website
  • Plan, create, and execute engaging content (graphics, videos, captions, and campaigns) aligned with the company’s brand and marketing goals
  • Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, promotions, and events in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing team
  • Manage and optimize paid advertising accounts (Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Ads, YouTube Ads, etc.)
  • Monitor ad performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and engagement
  • Handle SEM and SEO campaigns, including keyword research, on-page optimization, and performance tracking
  • Prepare and submit content and campaign materials for management approval
  • Manage ad account billing, budgets, and submission of billing requirements to ensure smooth campaign execution
  • Oversee all creative requirements within the Sales & Marketing department
  • Coordinate with influencers, including sourcing, negotiating, preparing agreements, and setting guidelines to ensure effective collaborations
  • Track, analyze, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Proven experience in digital marketing and social media management
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, paid advertising, SEO, and SEM
  • Experience managing Google Ads, Meta Ads, and YouTube Ads
  • Strong creative skills in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling
  • Proficiency in tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time-management skills
  • Ability to analyze data and turn insights into effective strategies
  • Experience in influencer marketing is a plus
