مكن للمقيمين في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة الاستفادة من عرض نهاية الأسبوع ل عروض الدلافين والفقمات المقررة في مارس8 (جميع العروض) و9 و10  مارس (11 صباحًا فقط)

على جميع الضيوف الذين يحملون تذكرة عرض بطاقة الهوية الإماراتية تقديم بطاقة هوية إماراتية سارية في تاريخ ووقت العرض لدخول مسرح دبي دولفيناريوم ومشاهدة العرض. يجب إبراز الهوية الإماراتية الأصلية

على الضيوف دفع رسوم فرق سعر التذكرة مقابل سعر التذكرة الاصلي إذا لم يتمكنو من تقديم دليل على الإقامة في الإمارات العربية المتحدة في تاريخ ووقت العرض المحجوز. يجب دفع المبلغ عند شباك التذاكر ليتمكن الضيوف من مشاهدة العرض

يحتاج عمر السنتين بالضبط وحتى 11 عامًا إلى تذكرة طفل. **يرجى ملاحظة أنه يجب أن يكون جميع الأطفال بصحبة شخص بالغ يقوم بالدفع

لا يمكن استخدام هذا العرض مع أي  خصومات أوعروض ترويجية أخرى 

أي تذاكر تم شراؤها قبل الإعلان عن هذا العرض ليست مؤهلة لهذا العرض الترويجي ولن يتم استرداد أموالها

يقع دبي دولفيناريوم داخل حديقة الخور. لا تشمل تذكرة عرض دبي دولفيناريوم رسوم الدخول إلى حديقة الخور بقيمة 5 دراهم للشخص الواحد. ويجب على حاملي التذاكر دفع هذه الرسوم مباشرة إلى بلدية دبي وهي غير قابلة للتفاوض

DOLPHIN POOL ENCOUNTER PROMOTION POLICY

How To Avail

• Click on the BUY YOUR TICKETS button below.
• Choose the date and show timing of your visit. 
• Please note that the VALENTINES OFFER for Dolphin Encounter Sessions from February 14 to 28, 2025 only. No sessions on Tuesdays.  
• Confirm how many adults and child and click on the BUY TICKETS button. Guests should have the same date and time of booking to avail the offer. Please note the age requirements mentioned on the price list for your guidance.
• Click the PROCEED button.
• Enter your email address and click the CONTINUE button.
• Click the NGENIUS PATHWAY button to proceed with booking via our third-party payment gateway.
• Check the box that you agree on Dubai Dolphinarium terms and conditions.
• Click the PAY button.
• You will be redirected to a portal, kindly enter your payment details & click on the Pay (amount mentioned) to proceed with the payment.  
• Additional Information will be required, fill in the box with your First Name and Last Name and click SUBMIT
• Click the DOWNLOAD button to save your tickets to your desktop or mobile. You will also receive your tickets to the registered Email ID. If you did not receive the tickets, please contact +971 4 3369773 for assistance.

Terms & Conditions:

• This offer applies to Dolphin Planet Sessions from February 14 to 28, 2025 only. No sessions on Tuesdays.  
• Single ticket bookings will be charged based on standard prices.
• All sessions are on a first come, first served basis.
• Guests can book via our website through card payments to guarantee their slots.
• Any bookings purchased before this offer was announced is not be eligible for this promotion and will not be subjected to a refund.
• Dubai Dolphinarium is inside Creek Park. All visitors need a NOL card with a credit of at least AED5 (entry fee for each guest) to enter the park. This charge is by Dubai Municipality and is non-negotiable. Show tickets do NOT include entry fee to the park.  Guests can purchase a NOL card or top up credit at the gate.
• REGULAR SEATS ARE ON A FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE BASIS. DUBAI DOLPHINARIUM MANAGEMENT HAS FULL DISCRETION ON ALL SEAT ALLOCATION.
• Dubai Dolphinarium reserves the right to refuse entry and to eject individuals for reason of inappropriate behaviour without refund or explanation.
• Ticket purchase is valid only for show issued & NO REFUND / NO TRANSFER TICKET REFUND.
