Terms & Conditions:

1. Children ages 5 to 12 years old can participate in Dubai Dolphinarium’s Winter Camp on a daily or weekly basis. There will be activities in which the children will be asked to participate individually or in groups.
2. Payment must be paid in full on or before 10th December 2024. Confirmation of slots are on a first come, first served basis. Tickets are non-refundable.
3. Creek Park entry fee will be waived for the child/children’s entry only. Adult companions entering the park must pay accordingly.
4. Parent/s or Guardian/s must declare any medical conditions of the child/ children. Dubai Dolphinarium reserves the right to not accommodate child/ children with a medical condition for safety reasons.
5. Parent/s or Guardian/s can observe or join their child/ children on all activities except the animal encounters. There is a charge of 50% of the weekly/ daily fee for adult companion, except for Children’s City. Adult companions must pay for his/ her entry to Children’s City.
6. To encourage the child/ children to socialize with their peers, only 1 adult companion is allowed per day and may be required to stay only in the designated area.
7. Most of the activities will be held at the indoor premises of Dubai Dolphinarium. Fitness programs may be held outdoor, inside Creek Park at favourable weather conditions.
8. Winter Camp activities will start at 9:00am and finish at 2:00pm from December 16th to 20th, 2024
9. Parent/s or Guardian/s must handover the child/ children to Dubai Dolphinarium staff at Creek Park Gate 1, between 8:30am to 8:45am only. Parent/s or Guardian/s must not leave the child unattended at the gate and should bring the child/children to Dubai Dolphinarium. Parent/s or Guardian/s must pay the Creek Park entry fee.
10. Child/ children will be handed over by Dubai Dolphinarium staff to the parent/s or guardian/s at the Creek Park Gate 1 between 2:00pm to 2:20pm. Parent/s or Guardian/s must pay the Creek Park entry fee if they wish to pick up their children earlier than the pick-up time period or if they reached on a later time. A fee of AED30 per hour will be charged if child was picked up later than 2:30pm. Charges must be paid by the parent/s or guardian/s on same day or the next activity day. Failure to pay will result in non-participation of the child/ children in the activities.
11. Schedule of activities may be subject to adjustment and replacement at the discretion of Dubai Dolphinarium, without the need for approval from the parent/s or guardian/s.
12. Absences cannot be redeemed in other time and dates against the schedule. There are no credits or refunds for missed days.
13. We prohibit any profanity, disparaging dialogues, physical violence or threats during the camp period from the child/ children and also parent/s or guardian/s. Dubai Dolphinarium reserves the right to remove the child from the program who will behave improperly without any refund.
14. Parent/s or Guardian/s are required to fill up a waiver with regards to the care and attention to be given to the child/ children in case of injury or other medical emergencies.
15. Snacks and lunch are chargeable at AED15 per meal. Menu will be sent to the parent for selection. Confirmation of meal options must be submitted prior to the start of the camp period.
16. Children with food allergies must bring their packed meals from home. Dubai Dolphinarium is not liable for any allergies due to food consumption at Happy Valley Restaurant.
17. Gadgets, mobile phones and other electronic communication devices must be kept in the child/ children’s bag at all times during the camp timings.
18. By enrolling the child/ children in Dubai Dolphinarium’s Winter camp activity, Parent/s or Guardian/s confirms their acceptance and no objection for photography and videography of all the participants which may be used for advertising and promotional purposes.
